Thoughts by Jack Handy

On a light hearted note from all my serious posts...please enjoy, laugh til your gut hurts!

"To me, it's always a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, 'Hey, can you give me a hand?,' you can say, 'Sorry, got these sacks.'"

"You know one thing that will really make a woman mad? Just run up and kick her in the butt. (P.S. This also works with men.)"

"One day one of my little nephews came up to me and asked me if the equator was a real line that went around the Earth, or just an imaginary one. I had to laugh. Laugh and laugh. Because I didn't know, and I thought that maybe by laughing he would forget what he asked me." -

"Sometimes I think you have to march right in and demand your rights, even if you don't know what your rights are, or who the person is you're talking to. Then, on the way out, slam the door."

"If God dwells inside us, like some people say, I sure hope He likes enchiladas, because that's what He's getting!" -

Yes, that book was from me! I got one, my mom got one, and she bought one for her oncologost who is from Hungary & Germany. It's like a virus! ;) Thanks for helping catch it (and thank Michelle, too--I even put Busche's pointers in our ward newsletter this month since the Bishop didn't submit a message!) I hope we can meet up when I come to Tucson for CHristmas and NY this year--I might even need a HAIR APPOINTMENT! :) LUV-n-MISS YALL!

Ok Stacy, you know when you read me your Jack Handy Post the other night, I was giving you a curteous laugh. Now when I just read it outloud on your blog, I couldn't stop laughing. So great for such a serious day today!
Hugs and Kisses,

Jack Handey is the funniest person on earth. We collected all his deep thoughts and put them in one document. Here is the link to it. http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dcwkxdpx_6d8x9nfd2&hl=en
